Role Overview:

We are hiring a Growth Operations Manager to lead our user acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization efforts in the crypto space. You will design and execute scalable growth strategies, leveraging analytics, automation, and experimentation to maximize product-market fit. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and deep knowledge of crypto user behavior.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end growth plans targeting crypto-native audiences, including onboarding flows, referral programs, and incentive mechanisms (e.g., token rewards).

  • Data-Driven Experimentation: Design A/B tests, analyze on-chain and off-chain user data, and iterate on campaigns to improve conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).

  • User Acquisition: Optimize paid acquisition channels (e.g., social media, crypto forums, influencers) and collaborate with marketing to create high-converting content for Web3 audiences.

  • Retention & Engagement: Build automated workflows (e.g., email, in-app notifications) to re-engage dormant users and foster community-driven growth in decentralized ecosystems.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with product, engineering, and community teams to align growth tactics with product launches, tokenomics updates, and DAO governance.

  • KPI Monitoring: Track metrics such as CAC, ROI, DAU/MAU, and TVL (Total Value Locked) to measure growth impact and report insights to leadership.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure growth initiatives comply with crypto regulations (e.g., AML/KYC) and prioritize user security in all campaigns.


Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in growth operations, growth hacking, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years focused on cryptocurrency/blockchain projects.

  • Proven success in scaling user bases for crypto products (e.g., exchanges, wallets, dApps) or Web3 communities.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Dune Analytics) and blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, Solscan).

  • Strong understanding of crypto user psychology, token incentive models, and viral growth mechanisms in decentralized environments.

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and Web3 marketing tools (e.g., Collab.Land, Snapshot).

  • Familiarity with smart contracts, wallet integrations, and blockchain APIs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing growth budgets in crypto advertising platforms (e.g., Brave Ads, CoinGecko campaigns).

  • Knowledge of DeFi yield strategies, NFT loyalty programs, or DAO governance frameworks.

  • Fluency in SQL/Python for advanced data analysis and automation scripting.

  • Multilingual capabilities to support global expansion.
