Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency space. You will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence globally. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and regulatory landscapes, combined with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector.

  • Identify and pursue high-potential partnerships with exchanges, wallets, DeFi platforms, institutional investors, and fintech companies.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.

  • Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, joint ventures, and long-term collaborations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, legal) to align business objectives with product development and client needs.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

  • Monitor KPIs and report on business development performance to senior leadership.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry.

  • Proven track record of closing deals and scaling revenue in crypto-related sectors (e.g., exchanges, mining, trading, Web3).

  • Strong network of industry contacts (VCs, protocols, liquidity providers, etc.).

  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, crypto regulations, and emerging trends (e.g., NFTs, GameFi, DAOs).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global markets and multicultural teams.

  • Familiarity with smart contracts, crypto wallets, and blockchain analytics tools.

  • Passion for decentralized technologies and the future of finance.
